The camps are conducted twice in a month.
The camp includes handle workout setups , food and drinks provided soon after.
Combination of fitness with self defense training.
Guided treks, horse riding , yoga , aqua fitness rope climbing , rope bridging , cross crawl , hanging cross, fun cardio and weighted activities involved.
Our motto for conducting these camps is to provide complete wellness of health and mind to the participants. People also are able to face and enjoy the challenges of working out with crowd getting motivated to fitness.
